My name is Todd Lentz and I am an attorney in Asheville, NC. My divorce system can process uncontested divorces quickly and inexpensively no matter where you live in North Carolina.
We offer both a 'Full Service Divorce', where, after we receive your documents, we handle everything and a 'Self Service Divorce', where we supply you with the completed divorce documents to allow you to process your own divorce..

(Includes Filing Fee)
You Pay Nothing Until You Return Your Completed Documents to Us.  This allows you the opportunity to review your documents before you spend money.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: In general, your are eligible for a divorce at our posted rates provided:
- 1. A Full Year Separation. You have been living Separate from your Spouse for over a full year.
- 2. Different Residences. You and your Spouse live in different Residences.
- 3. Marital Property Divided. You and your Spouse are satisfied with the Division of your Marital Assets and neither you nor your Spouse is seeking Alimony.
- 4. Spouse Email Address. You know and have verified your Spouse's EMAIL ADDRESS.
- 5. Cooperation. Your Spouse will cooperate in processing the divorce.
- NOTE: If you do not know your Spouse's Email or Physical Address, we can usually process your divorce but it will be more expensive.
How We Do Business
Full Service Divorce:
You Select the Divorce Type (6 Week, 1 Week, 1 Day, Location of Spouse Unknown).
You Complete Information Questionnaires.
We Send Divorce Documents to You by Email.
You Sign, Notarize, Scan/Photograph Documents.
You Send the Scan of the Divorce Documents to Us by Email.
You Pay the Legal Fee and Court Filing Fee by Credit Card.
We take care of everything from that point going forward.
We know we get referrals from you if we do a good job so, although we process hundreds of divorce cases each year, to us each case is always the most important case.
